The Ultimate Virtual Synth and Effects Plugin Collection
This inspirational bundle holds 30 RP products if you include the amazing Prisma! which you can request after registering your bundle. New products in this bundle are BLUE-III and RevSane.
BLUE-III
When it was first released in 2005 ‘BLUE’ already reflected Rob Papen’s cutting-edge, creative, and — most importantly — musical approach toward developing virtual synthesizers. Rob Papen himself called it ‘Cross-fusion synthesis’ because it covered both Subtractive and FM synthesis in one creative concept. With its successor BLUE-II, the ‘Cross-fusion synthesis’ was also expanded with a creative range of samples and the highly versatile XY pad.
The concept for BLUE-III still remains true to that ethos with even more added sound dimensions and features to its extended name. Firstly adding our own take on ‘Karplus Strong String Model Synthesis’, new ‘Waveforms’, new ‘Filter types’, a new range of creative ‘built-in Samples’, and lastly the option for you as a user to load up to 6 samples inside each Preset.
BLUE-III’s GUI has received an overhaul including many different sizes, the XY pad is now always on the front panel. The audio engine has received DNA from our virtual analog synthesizer B.I.T. resulting in unsurpassed audio quality.
Lastly, of course, this amazing instrument is shipped with 5000+ Presets by Rob himself and well-known industry sound designers.
BLUE-III is a phenomenally powerful virtual instrument to behold and represents an amazing journey into ‘Cross-fusion synthesis’!

Welcome to the world of breaking down the digital world! Yes, in the music production world, people are proud to record on 24bit and 192kHz to provide pristine audio for music lovers.
BUT... people are keen on crushing things as well, which means that LoFi audio quality is not a side effect of cheap children's toys, but has become a creative tool in today's music creation and post-audio productions! Who could have thought of that in the 80s, when everybody screamed for 16bit instead of 8bit?!
Yes, humans are creative, and many years later the ‘LoFi’ sound sculpting became an art of its own.
Well, LowSane adapts to this creative process and adds some additional creative options like the ‘Disrupt Sphere’ to this world of crushing down the digital bits!
It offers in the audio route a Distortion module, Band Pass / Notch Filter, Lo-Fi section, Hi and low Pass Filters, and a Noise Gate. These parameters can be controlled by the ‘Disrupt Sphere’. Additionally, there is an Audio Follower which again can control the “Disrupt Sphere” or any of the other parameters.
Last but not least there is a 2-slot modulation matrix in which you can connect parameters, or use MIDI to control parameters and also the ‘Disrupt Sphere’.
With LowSane you get your bits and pieces together going LoFi!

RevSane
As you may already know, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde influenced Rob Papen's other FX plugin called DelSane, and it was a matter of time (4th dimension) before these two guys would show up for an insane battle and.... Voila, let them now introduce you to RevSane!
First and foremost, RevSane produces beautiful dense reverb sounds, musically perfect for any track! But that is only one side of the story...
By using the ‘Disrupt Sphere’ you can control the flow of the reverb parameters and make the RevSane a dynamically fresh-sounding special FX.
The ‘Disrupt’ parameter, with its many features, allows you to think outside of the 4th dimension by using Reverb in creative ways! Dynamically changing spaces ...without recording trillion parameters...by simply moving the ‘Disrupt Sphere-Slider’. Additionally, RevSane has an audio follower that includes side-chain control of the parameters, even for controlling the ‘Disrupt Sphere’ itself!
And no... RevSane is not only for the creative producers that love to experiment with the ‘Disrupt Sphere’, it is also for the one that seeks a top-notch dense-sounding Reverb for their productions!

RoCoder
The RoCoder name is very close to that of the original Vocoders given title. However, as always with - Rob Papen - products you will find that there are many new and creative features onboard, so don’t expect a regular Vocoder!
Alongside a 32-band Vocoder, RoCoder also features an Additive mode, a combined Vocoder + Additive mode, Noise mode, Tuned Noise mode, and a Tuned Comb mode!
These new modes allow you to create many new types of sound next to the top-notch Vocoder sound!
RoCoder doesn’t stop with these new refreshing modes, it also includes stereo panning per band, and it has the well-known XY pad, an extensive modulation matrix, and all this is finished off with built-in top-notch FX including - Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Stereo Delay, Reverb section.
RoCoder is a new muscular vocoder type of FX that opens up a whole new range of sounds! As the Borg stated whilst testing “Resistance is futile with RoCoder!”
Features
Alongside the Vocoder, it has innovative other modes.
- The Vocoder mode - This is the classic Vocoder mode. RoCoder in its Vocoder mode can use up to 32 bands with a built-in carrier synthesizer.
- The Additive mode - Instead of Vocoding, the engine generates 32 bands of harmonics using sine waveforms. The additive mode works in a similar way to the Vocoder as previously explained, however instead of a carrier signal, 32 sine waveforms are generated, their volume being that of the corresponding modulator band, so as to generate an atonal sound FX.
- There is still the option for keyboard control and even polyphonic notes are possible, although due to the atonal sound, it very often sounds far from tuned. Once keyboard control is activated it still offers Envelope control and other controls like portamento available in the carrier section.
- The Combined Additive and Vocoder mode - This feature of RoCoder offers the ability to combine two modes! Keep in mind that this mode is more CPU intensive, and the atonal FX of the Additive means that ‘tuned’ usage is more difficult. Still, an interesting mode to create new unheard sounds!
- The Noise mode - In this mode, the MIDI keyboard notes are used for creating the bands. If you only play one note, let’s say A4 then only one band at a frequency of 440Hz (A4) is used. So the number of bands used depends on the number of notes you play.
- In this mode, the MIDI keyboard notes are used for creating the bands. If you only play one note, let’s say A4 then only one band at a frequency of 440Hz (A4) is used. So the number of bands used depends on the number of notes you play.
- The Tuned Noise mode - In this mode, the MIDI keyboard note is used for creating the bands. So, if you play only one note, let’s say A4 then only one band at a frequency of 440Hz (A4) is used. So, the number of bands used depends on the number of notes you play.
- The Tuned Comb mode - In this mode, the MIDI keyboard notes are used for creating the Comb Filter bands. So, if you play only one note, let’s say A4 then only one Comb Filter band at a frequency of 440Hz (A4) is used. So, depending on the number of notes you play, that number of Comb Filter bands are playing.
- To increase the Comb Filters, we have added special play modes inside the carrier which increases the notes by adding octave notes and 5th notes. This generates more usable sounds, due to the increased Comb Filter bands playing.
- TIP: on vocal sounds, this mode doesn’t work so well, however, it is very good on other rhythmic types of sound such as sequenced sounds, drums, and percussive types of sounds.
- The Vocoder Input Carrier mode - Essentially this mode is very similar to the other Vocoder mode, but with this difference that the built-in carrier synthesizer is not used, and instead of this the ‘side audio input’ is the carrier.

DelSane
DelSane is a delay effects plugin that offers far more than your average Delay FX – of which there are plenty available on the market today!
On the one hand, DelSane delivers a lovely sounding smooth stereo tape delay but on the other, it’s an insane-sounding creative tool – in short, it’s the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde of Delay effects plugins!
Features
- The concept of DelSane is two-sided. The first (sane) side is a smooth-sounding Tape Delay which can be easily used as a Stereo or Mono Delay in your music production or as an insanely creative Delay FX device.
- Easy to understand layout with all features displayed on one screen.
- GUI sizes: 100%, 125%, 150% and 200%.
- The cool ‘Equal Feedback’ feature gives the Stereo Delay a smooth equal Left and Right tail Feedback.
- If you need a bit of edge added to the Delay sound, the ‘Distortion’ parameter is also available.
- To alienate the Delay sound, even more, Rob Papen added the ‘Frequency Shift’ feature.
- The creative side of DelSane is the ‘Disrupt Sphere-Slider’. This Sphere-Slider can be connected to the various Delay parameters and by moving the Sphere-Slider, you can change multiple Delay parameters in a dynamic way. Also, if you move the Sphere-Slider, it can move back to the centre in a tempo-based way which Rob Papen calls the ‘Spring’ feature. Very dynamic changing Delays are possible using this ‘Disrupt’ feature!
- To avoid muscle pain... you also can use the ‘Lazy Mode’ so that the movement of the Sphere-Slider can be automated in different directions, which allows you to also create Flanger, Chorus, or creative new types of modulation sounds.
- There is an ‘Audio Follower’ which can be used to influence various Delay parameters including the ‘Sphere-Slider Disrupt’ parameter itself!
- The ‘MIDI & MOD’ control section can be used to influence various DelSane parameters including the ‘Disrupt Sphere-Slider’!
- So, either way... for a sane top-sounding Tape Delay or crazy insane changing Delay, RP-DelSane is your go-to delay for years to come.

Punch 2
The original Rob Papen Punch virtual drum machine made its mark on the map through a combination of professionally designed drum synthesis/samples and the built-in pattern sequencer. Now, by adding even more drum synthesis models, and introducing a fresh, re-designed new main screen that allows you to quickly form unique new drum kits, Rob Papen Punch 2 continues its legacy to be a cutting edge drum machine... but with lots of extra added punch!
It doesn't stop there though; the interface and the synthesis sound options have been expanded greatly. Rob Papen Punch 2 now allows you to import your own samples and REX files so you can create your own loops using whatever samples you'd like. You can map out REX files or sample slices to individual pads and combine these creatively with the sounds & pattern sequencer found inside Punch 2 for ultimate usability. Further editing of REX files or Sliced pads is also possible by using one of the many additional features such as filters, envelopes or routing into one of the 4 FX modules. And yes, you can even use granular synthesis on the REX and Slice pads!
Feature-wise there is almost too much to mention here! For instance, there is a full new ‘Master’ section with EQ, Compressor, Limiter, Stereo/mono split filter, and layout mixer. Last but not least, Punch 2 also comes with a vast amount of included sounds, ready to groove into your music and productions!

Blade 2
The original BLADE synthesizer released in 2012 had a unique concept in controlling the waveform harmonics (Harmolator) by using an XY pad. On top of that, the XY pad movement could also be recorded, edited, and played back tempo-based.
This concept of BLADE meant that you could generate some very different sounds, compared to regular subtractive and even additive synthesizers.
With BLADE-2 Rob Papen has expanded the features of BLADE even further again making it a dream synthesizer for synth lovers who like to think out of the box and love to experiment!
Next to the Harmolator mode, Rob Papen has now included an Additive mode which allows you to morph or mix between 4 additive waveforms using the XY pad. Of course, in addition to using these additive waves, you can also create and edit your own! Another new addition is a dedicated wave-analyze section that allows analyzing of sample data into a waveform, which then again can be used in the Harmolator or Additive section.
To expand the sound options, even more, BLADE-2 also includes an additional analogue-type oscillator plus a noise oscillator. However, it doesn’t stop there, because it now has 32 different Filter types to help shape your sound further!
The Arpeggiator section inside BLADE-2 has also received a huge update with some very cool new features.
There are now two additional rows for controlling the X and Y position of the XY pad. Also new is the ‘ratcheting’ feature including different ratcheting modes.
Last but not least, BLADE-2 has 3 Multi-FX processors with the high-quality top-notch – Rob Papen - FX.

Quad
QUAD was the first-ever Rack Extension synthesizer built from the ground up for Reason by the Rob Papen team and is now also available as VST/AU/AAX plugin.
The sonic palette is huge, through the vast modulation possibilities that QUAD has to offer. The sound sculpting tools start in each Oscillator and are the Phase Distortion and WaveShaper. These tools are brought to life by 2 XY-Pads in each Oscillator, which can be moved through an extensive modulation matrix. QUAD’s Oscillators are complemented by two top-notch analogue-modelled Filters, which have different routing options, an arpeggiator, and two high-quality effects processors.

XY-Transfer
Indeed, thinking out of the box is what Rob Papen loves to do and as always, this is the case with XY-Transfer! If you are familiar with any other RP instruments, you will know of the XY pad; it is a very creative effects tool for adding dynamic changes to a sound. XY-Transfer offers a filter bank with 36 different filter types which can be used in combination with 2 other FX, all with their own XY pad which can be recorded and played back in a variety of creative ways! All of this is then polished off with a flexible Stereo Delay.

B.I.T
Instead of combining the best of analog modelling with hybrid synthesis, which we can see with the other Rob Papen synthesizers, B.I.T. focuses on Analogue Modelled Synthesis.
Why this move you might think? The idea behind it is that the classic analog type of synthesis has its own charm and simply has not yet been covered by the Rob Papen brand. So, no spectrum waveforms, or samples inside B.I.T. nope, it is pure ‘Analogue Modelled’ synthesis.
Although B.I.T. has no patch cables, it is modular by all means! The Modulation Matrix is used for the patching, however, also included is the smart ‘advanced’ panel below the Oscillators. With these advanced features (accessed by switching the ADV switch), you can quickly make several connections such as LFO and Envelope to the Oscillator parameters inside of B.I.T.
Also included is the option to modulate Oscillator 2 by Oscillator 1 in several ways which expands the sound pallet with Phase Modulation, Frequency Modulation, and Ring Modulation.
A Rob Papen synthesizer would, of course, be incomplete without the arpeggiator (which can also work in sequencer mode), so a fully-featured Arp is available and has an additional free row that you can use to modulate other parts of B.I.T. by using the Modulation Matrix.
Adding the finishing touch on B.I.T. is, of course, the FX section. Some superb-sounding FX are added. Rob Papen's top-notch Reverb is also included inside B.I.T. which means you won’t have to go outboard for adding reverb.
As previously mentioned B.I.T. stands for ‘Back In Time’ however it can also mean ‘Be Inspired Today’ whilst using our Analogue Modelled Synthesizer.

Go2
In the Rob Papen world of synthesis, there was one type of synthesizer missing… A synthesizer that has all of the controls and features available visually all at once.
The current Rob Papen collection holds synthesizers that contain many features and types of synthesis which sometimes can be daunting to the average user. But there is always something tempting and fun in something that is so simple!
Look at the 1980's, in which we had top synthesizers like the Roland Jupiter-8, but also at the other end of the spectrum the simpler but fantastic synths like the SH-101. And yes, both became classic synthesizers.
Compare it also whilst making music, very often less is more and this is also can be applied whilst using synthesizers. Sure, with a heavily featured synthesizer, you can also be less complex in a patch. But this often still takes more time to achieve.
So, say hello to Go2! And yes, Go2 has all of the controls visual at the same time but still has some unique features and sound for sure… which makes sure that it will boldly go to where no other synth in this category went before...

RAW-Kick
RAW-Kick is a product developed in conjunction with DJ Free-K and DJ Promo. Based on the legendary RAW synthesizer, RAW-Kick includes neat features and focus specifically designed for today’s demanding producers!
RAW-Kick offers three individual layers to design and build up your Kick drum sound, which is a common method often used by producers. But now, instead of using three separate products, you can use this method within one product. Each layer offers two modes. You can select a dedicated kick synthesizer model or use a sample-based layer. The ‘Kick Model’ type offers some new and unique features, for instance, the RAW amount. You can also control the harmonics which can have a firm impact on the sound, especially in combination with the many included distortion FX on board.
The ‘Sample’ type also has to offer some neat features like a multi-mode analogue modelled filter, two EQ sections, and many FX algorithms with several types of distortion and other top-quality FX.
The Master section of RAW-Kick finishes it all off with an additional double EQ section and the MONO/STEREO FX to make your kick tight in its low end and wide in the mid/high range of the spectrum!
The Master section also offers you some neat control over all three layers at once, for speeding up your workflow creating the perfect RAW-Kick!

MasterMagic
Welcome to ‘MasterMagic’ the plug-in that you will not want to miss anymore as part of your virtual mixer master section! Just place ‘MasterMagic’ at the very end of the master FX chain and be surprised how much it can do for your track! The ‘Mono/Stereo’ section, will make your low end much tighter and the ‘AIR’ function is sheer magic… even if you only use it only a tiny amount.

SubBoomBass 2
SubBoomBass 2' GUI (graphical user interface) has received a makeover for more comfortable control of all features. SubBoomBass 2 still has its analogue modelled waveforms on board, but the sound colour has been expanded with new spectrum waveforms, new creative ‘think out of the box’ high-quality samples, and introducing Karplus-Strong string synthesis! You will understand that these new features generate fresh and unheard-of sounds!
But there is more… An X/Y screen, a new pattern mode for running 4 sequences, and just like in SubBoomBass 2 it has the easy-to-use Bank Manager with star feature so that you can quickly find and go to your favourite sounds straight away. And yes, all the original SubBoomBass presets are on board!
This instrument is great for any style of contemporary music… any music styles including video game music, film scores, and anywhere you need a great bass and fresh sound!

Blue II
First released in 2005 BLUE already reflected Rob Papen’s cutting-edge, creative, and — most importantly — musical approach towards developing virtual instruments by first delivering FM and subtractive synthesis, then duly adding Phase Distortion and wave shaping synthesis into the highly creative mix to create one seriously creative combination. Rob Papen himself called it ‘Cross-fusion synthesis’ since it covered so much musical ground so effectively.
Today BLUE-II remains true to that ethos with even more sound dimensions and features to its extended name, starting with six oscillators beating at its musically creative heart. These can be connected in various ways, together with two analogue-style modelled stereo filters with 27 different filter types, an enormous range of processing and modulation options, a sequencer, and an incredibly powerful arpeggiator. A new range of specially selected waveforms based on samples have been meticulously fashioned for creating new and fresh-sounding synth sounds, so don’t go expecting acoustic pianos galore here. However, since choirs and strings are an excellent basis for so many synths sounds BLUE-II has them in abundance — with much more besides!

RP Verb 2
After the original RP-VERB came out, it quickly became loved by many (famous) producers worldwide. Its dense and warm sound made it legendary and a go-to reverb for many.
As usual, the Rob Papen brand always seeks new directions and for many, it won’t be a surprise to find some new creative tools inside RP-VERB 2!
Most intriguing in RP-VERB 2 – next to a great sound – is the new ‘Reverser’ section! This allows you to reverse the reverb sound in a very creative way. It can be tempo-based and controlled easily…. Awesome for creating some unique fresh sounds. The Reverser is fantastic on any sound, from vocals to drums…. loops…you name it.
We have also added even more inside RP-VERB 2 for controlling and changing the sound. There is an ‘Envelope Follower, ‘Envelope’, ‘LFO’, and a ‘Mod Matrix’ to control the parameters!
Last but not least there is the ‘Distortion’ module inside RP-VERB 2 featuring several useful algorithms. You will be stunned at what an amazing influence this can have on the reverb sound and not only for drum and percussion sounds!
Various presets are included to display the amazing fresh new RP-VERB 2 sound.

Punch-BD
Based around the BD module of the multi-award-winning Punch virtual drum synth, Rob Papen delivers a creative module to help you to produce the fattest sounding bass drums for your music.
Stacking bass drums is a popular technique used by today's music producers and Punch-BD gives you the ability to stack up to 6 in total. Divide the 6 BD pads over the keyboard or use them 'stacked' in tuned mode to produce creative new BD sounds for all styles of contemporary music.
Punch-BD delivers synthesized drums in the finest audio quality or you can choose to load in your own samples for complete flexibility. Each pad has its own distortion module with several distortion types as well as its own 3 band graphic EQ. What's more, each individual pad also has its own preset section next to the overall 'BD kit'.
Like its big brother, Punch-BD features four FX units each with many 31 types of top quality FX plus further filters, envelopes, modulation routings, and more for crafting your own unique sound.
From Electronic Dance and Hip Hop to Soundtrack projects, Punch-BD provides a solid speaker-busting sound for your productions.

RP-Delay
Delay insanity. reverser, 6 lines, 8 filters, 4 LFOs & more. The perfect accompaniment to RP-Verb, this latest effects plug-in from Rob Papen includes numerous new features that will transform the way you mix your music – whether it be electro-dance vocals or acoustic orchestral instruments.
RP-Delay is a unique delay with a particular focus on some very special features, including brand new FX routing! To explain, the sound reverser can reverse the input, while simultaneously reversing one of the delay lines. The reverse sound can also be triggered via a midi keyboard, generating totally new sounds, and sending them into the reverser with its own filter and distortion!
You can have 6 delay lines with 8 active multi-mode? filters all operating at once in each of several delay models. Of course, we included basic delay models like a simple mono delay and a stereo delay, but also a tape-sound delay which allows you to change tape length without any clicks. The delays, filters, and reverser can all be modulated by the built-in modulators. There are 4 modulation sequencers, 4 LFO's, and 4 envelopes, complete with several trigger options!
There are many other new features and options for you to discover which aren't mentioned here, so go ahead, take the plunge, and dig into the brand new experience of RP-Delay.
Learn more about and download the trial version of RP-Delay.
RP-Distort
RP-Distort is not just a distortion unit, but much more. The distortion unit inside RP-Distort can be combined with an analogue modelled filter, compressor, and widener unit. These units can be re-ordered, but can also be turned on or off. So in case you only want a great analog modelled filter... RP-Distort can offer this. Or only the unique widener unit which is great for widening a boring mono track.
On top of that, the controls can be modulated using midi sources or by one of the 4 built-in LFO’s that can sync to your host tempo.
The distortion unit offers 22 distortion types included ring modulator and lo-fi. Inside this section, you can also find the EQ and noise-gate.
RP-Distort is, in fact, a wicked FX unit that will distort or alter your tracks in an inspirational way?
Learn more about and download the trial version of RP-Distort.
RP-AMOD
As you will probably know, a modulator is a term that is used in synthesizers. They are various types of settings that can change and alter a sound. With RP-AMOD you can use its modulators to alter your audio in different ways.
We have added ‘Phaser’, ‘Flanger’, ‘Chorus’, ‘Ensemble’, and ‘Tremolo’, which are classic audio modulation FX. What differs with RP-AMOD from these classic versions, is that you can also ‘tempo sync’ them to your music, and you can use two FX at the same time in various routing configurations. These routing options are not only in serial and parallel, but you can also ‘filter split’ the audio signal ahead of going to both of the FX!
RP-AMOD can spice up your vocal track, liven an instrument and even beef up your drums or drum-loops.
RP-Reverse
Thinking out of the box is part of what the Rob Papen brand ethos is, however, we do not want to lose the fact that plugins should be there for creating music. Well, here we present RP-Reverse which is an FX plugin for the creative-minded artist that loves to add different sonic ingredients into their tracks!
RP-Reverse reverses the incoming audio in a creative way, the resulting audio can be tempo-synced to make it easily fit the reversed sound right into your track. With RP-Reverse it is also possible to trigger the recording of the audio (which is reversed) in various ways.

RAW
At the Dutch Dancefair 2014, DJ Promo (aka producer Sebastian Hoff) and DJ Free-K (aka producer Freek Vergoossen) approached Rob Papen with the idea of a synthesiser that focused more on 'distorted' sounds with an easy to use layout.
Renowned for delivering fresh, cutting edge and musical plugins for producers, Rob Papen invited the DJs to his studio for a brainstorming session resulting in a list of 'must have' features and tools for a brand new synth. Armed with this list and several more brainstorming sessions later, Rob Papen and his development team created a powerful new virtual synth RAW.
RAW has two oscillators each with an X/Y field, (as included in Blade and BLUEII) to distort the waveform using Phase Distortion. But that's not all, you can also draw two of your own 'waveforms' and use them as LFO waveforms enabling the creation of unique 'wobble' movements that are perfect for DubStep and other electronic music styles.
RAW has all the great Rob Papen filters to shape your sound further, but in a refreshing twist, 'EQ', ‘Waveshaper', 'Distortion' and 'LoFi' have also been added on a voice synthesis level. Other FX such as Chorus, Phaser, Flanger, Stereo delay, and the amazing HQ Reverb of Rob Papen can all be added to your sound and of course, the cool Arpeggiator/Sequencer, Easy page, and preset bank manager have all been included as standard.
In true Rob Papen style, RAW comes with many great presets with main contributions from several well-known DJs and Producers for instant user inspiration!
Promo, Ophidian, Mad dog, Deathmachine, D-Passion, Rob Fabrie, DJ Thera, N-Vitral, Tha Playah, DJ Hidden, The Viper, Warface, Stephan Jacobs, Amnesys, and many more...
