Plugin Boutique sells quality audio software from famous manufacturers. We try to sell only the best and leave our customers completely satisfied.

When can a full refund be issued:

  • When you experience computer problems that do not allow you to download the purchased program,
  • Due to other reasons classified valid by our Support Team. Each case is reviewed on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to reverse the transaction when we have doubts concerning the legitimacy of the transaction. No prior notification is made in these cases.

You cannot receive full refund in case your computer doesn't meet minimal software requirements for the purchased program. When you make a purchase, you agree you know about minimal computer requirements.

You will not be given any refund in case you don’t have enough knowledge to work with the purchased software. A purchase is a confirmation that you have basic computer knowledge, aware of software functionality and understand how software works.

When you make a purchase, you agree you are aware of the basic functions of the purchased software. We are not responsible for any damage that can be caused by the lack of the user’s knowledge.
