Plugin+ In-depth
Plugin+ is based on a custom (API) product and data feed between your website and ours. Data such as product details, price and serial numbers are requested by you via the API and instantly delivered in the format of your choice so that you can create product SKU’s and set up the automatic delivery of installers and serial numbers for you to pass on to the customer.
Custom Built Website
If your website is custom built, a small amount of your web developer's time is required to integrate the API to ensure a streamlined and fully automated service. This is done through web services provided via a secured HTTPS protocol.
E-Commerce Platform
If you are on an e-commerce platform such as Magento or Shopify, we have built dedicated plugins to give you full access to Plugin+.

- Every partner is given a credit limit and 30-day terms from day 1, therefore you can work with us without any investment.
- Plugin+ is completely unbranded, your customers will not be presented with our branding or internal link at any point of the purchasing process.
- Higher margin incentives are available to those that achieve a certain amount of gross revenue every 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if you run out of stock of an item?
We only distribute brands and products where we can guarantee an unlimited stock level of serial numbers, redemption codes or keyfile authorisations. You will not encounter any stock issues.
If a customer has an issue with a download or installation of a product - what do we do?
You will have a dedicated account manager at Plugin+ who you can contact from 9.30am - 5.30pm weekdays and via a ticketing system at the weekends. They will give you all the information that you need in order to help the customer with any issues. Each product has also been fully tested and we provide full step by step installation instructions. How do I market these products?
Plugin+ comes with a marketing cloud within your dealer portal where you can access all the latest graphics and promotional tools in order to make the most of the deals and offers we have at any given time. You are also welcome to discuss with your account manager as often as you like what you should be pushing and what we are having most success with directly at Plugin Boutique.
How do we integrate Plugin+ into our store?
We will deal directly with your technical department and web administrators to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. We have full-time technical staff who have created Plugin+ and who will be available to ensure the integration is a smooth process. We have technical documentation and the technology is flexible to fit within your current web store setup.
The margins are good but they could be better!
Plugin+ margins are as high as 37% and vary between brands and products. We incentivize our margin by giving each reseller a tier system where they can increase their overall margin for that period. There is a three-tier system and this is based on a rolling 30 day period.
How do we know about pricing and the latest deals?
Your website can be tailored to refresh the Plugin+ feed daily or at times to suit you, and each time this happens your prices and offers will also be updated ensuring that you always display the latest and best prices and deals. We also provide you with a news section in your dealer portal where we will publish details of the latest promotions and offers for you to exploit.
