Move Through Time and Sound
LoFi Flux Machine is an instant classic effect that can be used to add appeal, life & character to any audio signal you feed into it. Its intricate mix of analogue modelled tape warble, flutter as well as a versatile tone section allow the creation of anything, from subtle stereo effects to full-blown creative sound transformations.
Yum Audio took their established virtual tape circuits and used them in a way that gives you full control over the behaviour and accuracy of their Warble and Flutter effects. The plugin can be very clean and precise or create a sound that is warm and has beautiful inconsistencies.

Analog Modeled Tape Warble
Warble makes the virtual tapes change very gradually and slowly in pitch and allows you to make your sounds more interesting or wider in a subtle way. The Warble section gives you full control over two virtual tapes, that can be spread out in the stereo field to create wide chorusing effects. The additional Warble Instability allows you to define how accurate or low-fidelity the warbling should be, with a Slow and Jitter mode included for different random variations.
Flutter - Times Four
Flutter makes the virtual tapes change very fast in pitch and allows you to create either a very subtle pitch instability or a very noticeable effect that can become a main characteristic of your sound. The Flutter section contains four different analog modelled flutter types, that can add never ending variety and movement to your sound.
Tonal Section Full Of Character
The Tone Control in Flux Machine allows you to dial in the overall tonality of your signal. Add the Saturate and Dust controls to create harmonics and grit via tape saturation and noise that is generated based on the signal intensity. The additional Dark and Bright controls allow for natural frequency shaping and the Width control gives you access over the stereo imaging. Combined, these make up a powerful Tonal Control channel, giving you instant LoFi vibe.
