Of course, Bass is the foundation of music. When guitarists got their Electrum, United Plugins simply had to create Bassment. They built a multi-effect all-in-one one-screen bass solution around the most flexible bass amp that was ever made. An amp that contains them all.  You'll wish you could have this beast on stage. Dream on, it won't happen. But you can still use it to get the most of your mixes.

Smart input setting

Hit Analyse Input Level button and hit the strings of your guitar as hard as you intend to play. Bassment will set up the input level automatically to find the perfect sweet spot to match your signal's strength with the particular processors' ideal working point. Perfect gain-staging and volume balance help to get the most out of Bassment.

Sound like your heroes

EQ Matching is Bassment's secret weapon. Make your guitar sound similar to the tracks that are already out there and you admire. Just load your favourite guitar performances into your track and loop-play them to analyze. Then analyze your guitar sound and let Bassment do the automatic match with incredible accuracy.

(Most) Flexible Amp

One amp is enough if it is truly universal. Bassment's amp doesn't go to eleven but its input gain goes from gentle to brutal. And it has a perfectly tuned 5-band EQ that matches any style. 

Bass Treatment

Bassment's amp can give extra care to bass frequencies. It has a dedicated compressor for the low-end, low-pass filter and Aggression and Presence knobs to help your sound fight through.

The Mids

The middle frequencies can determine the final bass sound character. Not only can you control the frequency and low-cut, but also the brightness and colour of your midrange. It also has a dedicated drive control.

Trebleshooting

The high frequencies have 6 controls dedicated. Give them some drive, choose colour and brightness or add some rust with corrosion control.

The Boxes

Bassment's unique cab simulation brings 15 types of cabinet simulations combined with 15 alterations and over 200 models. It's no simple IR set either, these cabinets produce a great natural sound no IRs can provide.

Order

Bassment lets you easily reorder the modules it provides if you want to be extra creative. Perhaps you'd like to compress before EQing. Maybe you'd like to try the auto-wah pedal after the amp? Maybe it is impossible with hardware, but certainly not for Bassment!

Advanced Tuner

Your performance will never be out of tune unless you really want it. Electrum's super-fast responding and super-accurate poly-tuner is based on advanced spectral analysis. Strike all your strings at once to see which one is out of tune or do it one by one with incredible accuracy.

Multimodulation

The Modulation section usually includes several stomp-boxes. United Plugins decided to merge them into one to let you blend unique effects. Chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, sweeper and any combination. How about a sweerus or trenger? :)

Smooth your performance

The Leveller section is here to balance performance mistakes and volume dropouts. Its (inaudible) performance will make you feel like they were never there.

Extra Parallel Drive

To finalize your bass tone's personality Bassment's amp offers great parallel saturation. Its six controls allow you to have a maximum variety of sounds.

Choose your GUI style

Some people like 3D graphics better, and some prefer a flat design. With this plugin, you may choose which GUI suits you and switch between 3D and 2D at any time. The graphic style has NO effect on sound nor on CPU load.

Hassle-free software protection

No iLok, no dongle nor internet access is required for activation. United Plugins software uses licence files to activate your software. You can freely use the purchased software on all your computers as long as you are the user.

Realistic 3D yet flexible GUI

The photorealistic graphic user interface of the plugin gives you the feeling you are touching the real hardware. But it easily adapts to your needs. You can always drag the arrow in the bottom right corner to change its size - make it smaller to save valuable screen space, or enlarge it to make it easier to use.

Smart bypass

The intelligent way this plugin manages bypassing ensures that you don't get any clicks or harmful noises when automating the parameter. It also compensates for latency ensuring that the bypass states are perfectly in sync with each other.

Intelligent sleep on silence

This plugin intelligently detects whether it makes sense to perform processing at all. If not, it temporarily turns on sleep mode. In such a state, it requires virtually no CPU at all to save the computing sources for other processes.
