Meloreed is a unique melodica played and recorded with special techniques. The result is a very expressive and sweet instrument that sounds undistinguishable from the acoustic one.

Unique microphones with low self-noise and a mix between tube vintage and solid-state preamplifiers, give the tone all the complexities that it has. The harmonics are all there, and no eq cut or any destructive process was applied to the chain. Recorded with Krystalos Audio Technology in hi-resolution and minimal audio signal path.

It is common that virtual instruments are being edited in an unmusical way. Meloreed (in its normal setting) has the air that you need to move the reeds and then the slow movement of the reed acquiring volume. You can set the offset to play slow emotional lines or fast quasi-staccato arpeggios.
