Helping You Make It
Making great music is only half the job
Today, as producers we’re expected to do it all - mixing, designing, marketing, and managing. Wearing all those hats pulls you away from what you actually love: creating.
Less time managing. More time creating. Because everything we do is about helping you make it.

Frequently asked questions
The Plugin Boutique Membership gives you access to exclusive rewards and perks just for shopping with us. The program features three tiers: Member, Silver, and Gold. Your tier is determined by your total spend over the past 12 months, meaning frequent shoppers unlock even greater benefits.
Alongside these tiers, we’ve introduced a new subscription option - the Discovery Bundle. Subscribing grants you full access to an ever-expanding catalogue of over 35 plugins from Excite Audio, Plugin Boutique, and more.
Your monthly payments earn Virtual Cash - giving you value back every time your subscription renews - and count toward your membership progress. Better yet, taking an annual subscription instantly unlocks our Gold tier.
Depending on your purchase history, you may have already unlocked our Silver or Gold tier. You can check your total spend over the past 12 months by logging into your account and visiting the Membership page or the Home page.
If you haven’t reached Silver or Gold yet, every purchase you make at Plugin Boutique counts toward your progress. This includes standard one-time purchases, Rent-to-Own payments, and subscriptions.
From the moment you create an account, you become a Member. Members receive 5% Virtual Cash and a free gift with every purchase, a complimentary plugin bundle, and access to the Plugin Boutique App.
Once you’ve spent $100 within the past 12 months, you unlock the Silver tier. In addition to all Member benefits, Silver members can claim a free mystery plugin every month and access a growing selection of creative industry perks from our partner brands.
Once you’ve spent $200 within the past 12 months, you unlock the Gold tier. Gold members receive all Member and Silver benefits, plus exclusive Gold-tier creative industry perks.
Virtual Cash is our way of giving value back when you shop at Plugin Boutique. With every order, you’ll receive 5% of your total back as Virtual Cash. This is added directly to your wallet and can be used toward future purchases with us. Gold members earn an even higher Virtual Cash rate of 7.5%.
No matter your membership tier, you already have rewards waiting for you. To claim them, simply log in to your account and visit the Membership tab in My Library.
If you’re logged in to your account, your membership tier will be displayed in the top-right corner of the website in the navigation bar. This will display either "Member," "Silver," or "Gold," depending on your spend at Plugin Boutique in the last 12 months.
The Plugin Boutique App is our dedicated licence manager. It allows you to install and update your products, as well as manage your Rent-to-Own plans, all in one place. To access the app, simply log in using your standard Plugin Boutique credentials.
If you have a monthly or annual Discovery Bundle subscription, your downloads and activations are handled directly within the app - meaning you won't need any licences or serial numbers to activate your plugins.
Whether you have a monthly or annual Plugin Boutique Discovery Bundle, you can find your included plugins under the Discovery Bundle tab in My Library.
To get started, simply download the Plugin Boutique App. Your plugins can be downloaded directly within the app and will activate automatically once installed - no licence or serial number required.
