You pick the singers, you place them, and one vocal walks out as a choir, a gang vocal or a stadium singing your hook back at you.

Built for Mac & Windows, CROWD treats every copy of your voice as a separate person. Each singer has its own pitch, its own timing, its own detune and its own vibrato, and each one stands at its own spot in the same room. That is why sixteen singers in CROWD sound like sixteen people - not one voice turned up sixteen times.

Imagine dropping a Tenor on either side of your lead for an instant wide double, pulling a Bass in underneath for weight, lifting a Soprano to the top of the stage for the octave above, then shift-dragging the back row into the distance until it turns into a crowd behind the choir - all in the time it takes to play the chorus once.

A Stage, Not A Mixer:

• Drag singers from the wings straight onto the stage
• Up = louder, down = quieter - the height of a singer is its volume
• Left and right = pan - where you drop it is where you hear it
• Shift + drag = depth - push a singer to the back of the room and it gets softer, darker and wetter, exactly like a real singer standing further away
• Double-click a singer to send it home
• What you place is what you hear - no routing, no sends, no busses

Five Voices, Sixteen Singers:

• Soprano (+12 semitones), Alto (+7), Tenor (your pitch), Baritone (-5) and Bass (-12)
• Up to 16 singers on stage at once, in any mix of voices
• Every voice type has its own colour and figure, so you can read the choir at a glance
• Stack the same voice several times for width, or spread all five for a full choir from top to bottom
• The Alto sits a perfect fifth up, so Tenor + Alto + Bass lands on a strong power chord that works over almost any key

Real Harmony, Not Chipmunks:

• A pitch-synchronous voice engine locks onto the pitch of your vocal and shifts every singer in time with it
• It follows your note instead of just speeding up the tape, so the voice keeps its character
• Holds up on full octaves in both directions - the Bass sounds like a bass, not a slowed-down recording
• Built to stay clean on sustained notes, so long held vowels do not warble, flutter or comb-filter

Sixteen People, Not Sixteen Copies:

• Every singer comes in with its own small timing offset, the way a real group never starts on exactly the same sample
• Every singer has its own detune and its own gentle vibrato, so no two voices line up and phase against each other
• Moving a singer or reshaping the room never bends the pitch - distance changes are smoothed, not snapped
• The more singers you add, the more natural it gets - not the muddier

Distance That Sounds Like Distance:

• Front of the stage: close, clear, present - the front row
• Back of the stage: softer, darker and more diffused - the back row of a hall
• Depth changes glide smoothly over a fraction of a second, so you can automate a singer walking away
• Use it to build layers: a tight double up front, a choir in the middle, a crowd at the very back

A Room That Glues It Together:

• Every singer stands in the same room, so the choir blends instead of stacking up
• Room Size - from a tight vocal booth to a cathedral
• Crowd Spread - squeeze the whole choir into mono or throw it wider than your speakers; 60% places everyone exactly where you put them
• Mix - blend your dry take with the crowd, from your voice only to the crowd only
• Output - final level, up to 24 dB of trim
• Automatic level balance - adding more singers does not blow up your meters

Full Control Of Every Singer:

• The On Stage list shows every singer you placed, in order
• Solo any singer to hear it alone
• Switch any singer off without losing its spot on the stage
• Volume, Pan and Clarity bars for the selected singer - drag them to fine-tune exactly
• Clear the whole stage in one click and start again

Off Means Off:

• Every one of the 16 singers runs in its own processing node
• Switching a singer off genuinely stops it computing - it is not muted and left running
• Only the singers on your stage use CPU - a two-voice double costs a fraction of a full choir
