The Upright Piano
Session Keys Upright Piano has been created with the philosophy that the best piano is the one that suits the music you are making. Sometimes you need a grand piano and at other times an upright piano fits better.
This piano works well in pop & rock but is equally at home in hip-hop and scoring, cutting through the mix with clear tones and stacks of personality.
Dual Sound Universe
Select from two upright pianos with distinctive sample sets, each with its own look, feel and sound identity. "Open" is characterized by a piano with spatial stereo sound with individual notes meticulously detuned, creating a chorus-like effect when combined. "Closed" is for musicians demanding a modern, intimate and perfectly tuned piano for their tracks – direct, focused and edgy piano.
Creative Effects
Refine your individual Upright piano sound In the effects section, consisting of the following effect units: a 3-band Equalizer, a Colour function for sound colouration, a Convolution Reverb, a Compressor, the Stereo Width and a Delay.
Colour lets you change the overall sonic colour of your piano sound by selecting one of many different effects and set up its intensity. The 22 presets range from emulations of analogue outboard gear and classic channel strips to heavily alienating effects.
Pentamorph
This stylish pentagonal controller makes this more than just a great piano instrument. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it's a phenomenally powerful tool, able to transform the whole sound from normal piano to eerie atmospheres to pure mechanical sounds and back, by the time you are done no one will even know it's a piano. Instant flexible control in a single knob.
Animator
The sound of ideas coming to life: the Animator offers an intuitive and inspiring way to jam with more than 400 flexible piano phrases that follow your harmonies. Use the pitch bend and modulation wheels to increase or decrease complexity and control the dynamic of your session partner.
Smart Chord
Stuck in a black hole of inspiration and need some suitable chord changes to match the killer piano sound? Full chords or Animator riffs can be played via either the pad controller or single keys. Just set the key of your song and let Smart Chord Mode create the chords.
NKS Integration

Mac
1. Download the .dmg installer file from your Plugin Boutique account.
2. Double-click the .dmg file to install Native Access.
3. Open Native Access > Create a new Native ID if you do not have one already. If you do, skip ahead to step 5.
4. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link > Open the email and click 'CONFIRM EMAIL'.
5. Log in to Native Access with your Native ID.
6. Click 'Add a serial'
7. Enter your Serial Number found in your Plugin Boutique account > Click 'ADD SERIAL'.
8. Click the 'Not installed' tab > Locate Time Textures > Click 'INSTALL'.
9. Time Textures is now installed on your system.
10. Open Kontakt in your DAW > You should see Time Textures on the left sidebar > Click the drop-down bar and drag the .nki file into the middle of the window.
Your software is now ready to use in your DAW!
Windows

2. Double-click the extracted .exe file to begin the installation process > click ‘Run’.
3. Read the welcome message > click 'Next'.
4. Click 'Next' to begin the installation.
5. Native Access has now been installed > Click 'Finish'.
6. Open Native Access > Create a new Native ID if you do not have one already. If you do, skip ahead to step 8.
7. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link > Open the email and click 'CONFIRM EMAIL'.
