Space Flanger

Space Flanger is an Antelope Audio-designed flanger effect plugin powered by the Synergy Core modeling platform and provides impressive depth and control over one of the most fundamental and simple audio effects. 

The Synergy Core-powered Space Flanger offers a distinctly modern take on the evergreen flanger effect. Taking advantage of our platform’s unparalleled modeling capabilities, Space Flanger is capable of producing phases, sweeps, and swooshes that sound truly extraterrestrial. Vocals or instruments – they are now all ready for take-off! 

The Space Flanger allows you to adjust the input volume. The Wave control allows you to switch between Sine and Triangle wave modulation. The Feedback knob comes in handy when adjusting the amount of output signal being fed back into the input which can add extra layers of resonance. The Delay, Rate, and Depth controls allow for additional fine polishing of the hardware-quality tone of this modern-day design tool.

History

It has been a long while since the seminal band The Beatles and recording pioneer Les Paul first experimented with flanging in the 1950s. Throughout the years, the effect itself hasn’t changed much, but clever minds have come up with dozens of different approaches to it and Space Flanger is no exception. Our team of engineers and developers made sure the plugin can do what a flanger is supposed to do without any extra hassle. However, those who tend to obsess over each and every element of their tone are also welcome to the party as the unit comes with a sufficiently deep control set.
