SCHETCHface Drum Magic Transient Shaper

INSTANT SLAP!

Tuned and refined in partnership, with producer extraordinaire, SCHETCHface; Our transient shaper is for beatmakers who love classic sampler grooves and engineers who want instant character on drums. The SCHETCHface Transient Shaper is a one-knob drum processor. Turn the single dial and it boosts transients, compresses the signal and drives saturation into the low end at once, with a hard ceiling holding back clipping. Pick Classic for warm, gritty analog character or Modern for crisp, harmonically rich compression. Most drum processors lock you to a rigid timing grid. STS has a Swing button that loosens the grid just enough to add a human pocket, the micro-hesitation of a live drummer sitting behind the beat. Drop it on dusty breaks or heavy 808s and hear the slap.
