Harrison DeNoiser is an audio repair plug-in for rapid, transparent clean‑up of dialogue, voice, and vocals suffering from poor signal‑to‑noise ratios and common environmental issues. Choose from 5 Denoise Ranges and 4 Signal‑to‑Noise options to quickly hone in on the problem. Then use the six multiband Gain Reduction sliders and an intuitive real‑time visualizer to tailor the response to your source. Purpose‑built presets get you to a solution in seconds; the detailed controls keep you in full control.

DeNoise Range
Six ratio buttons select the frequency range where DeNoiser should focus its processing. Selecting a specific range will allow DeNoiser to leave certain frequency ranges untouched which is optimal if they contain no offending noise. The options and their corresponding frequency ranges are:
- Full Range: 20-18kHz
- High: 4k-18kHz
- High Mid: 200-18kHz
- Mid: 200-6kHz
- Low Mid: 20-6kHz
- Low: 20-400Hz
Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR)
Four controls determine how aggressive DeNoiser will work based on the amount of undesired noise in the signal.
- Good: For use with signals that contain common background hiss.
- Fair: When the background hiss is higher than average.
- Poor: When other types of noise are also in the signal, such as wind.
- Awful: When there is lots of undesirable background noise - this is the most aggressive setting.
Dynamic Spectrum Display
The Dynamic spectrum display shows the magnitude of the program material, detected noise, and applied gain reduction overlaid simultaneously. This trio of displays allows you to detect and fix even the ugliest noise issues with minimal effort. The displays use the following color coding:
- Green: Input Signal FFT
- Green Line: Detected Noise Fingerprint
- Red: Gain Reduction
Gain Reduction sliders
Each of the six sliders adjusts the amount of gain reduction in an associated band of frequencies. Lowering the sliders increases the amount of gain reduction for the bands from 0 to -24dB with actual values shown in the associated windows above each slider.
Below each slider is a "power" button which can be used to enable and disable the associated slider. Toggling this button can help you quickly compare the impact of a gain reduction slider on DeNoiser's processing.
Above the sliders is a "Clear All" button which, when clicked, resets all Gain Reduction Sliders back to 0dB.
