Fully renewed generation — physics-engine-powered upward expander

EVERTONE EXPANDER V2 is the second generation: it carries forward the physics-based dynamics processing of V1, while the internal DSP has been completely refactored. With oversampling up to X8 and a switchable precision mode (HiDEF), it offers an option that doesn't compromise on tone — not only for mixing and mastering, but on the recording floor and on stage as well.

An innovative upward expander built on the physical law F=ma (force = mass × acceleration). It lifts peak transients above the threshold even further, extending the dynamic range. The snap and attack often lost during recording can be recovered, shaping transients in a musical, natural way across any source material.

EVERTONE COMPRESSOR V2 is the second generation: it carries forward the physics-based dynamics processing of V1, while the internal DSP has been completely refactored. With oversampling up to X8 and a switchable precision mode (HiDEF), it offers an option that doesn't compromise on tone — not only for mixing and mastering, but on the recording floor and on stage as well.

An innovative compressor built on the physical law F=ma (force = mass × acceleration). It keeps the signature behaviour of tracking envelopes "musically" without crushing transients, and in V2 the HiDEF precision mode brings tighter lows and clearer highs into the same picture. From the master bus to a vocal bus, it works across any genre.

METRO V2 PLUGIN is designed to calculate the best parameter candidates for expanders, compressors, and other effects used during mixing and mastering.
In modern mixing, it is increasingly common to derive note-length values from the song's BPM and feed them back into the parameters — letting you optimise dynamics across the whole mix on a note basis.

By moving from a feel-only approach to a note-based one, each track behaves as a higher-grade form of sidechain processing, and the output waveform observed on an oscilloscope follows highly rational behaviour.

The result: musical mixing and mastering become more accessible than relying on intuition alone, and the final signal driving your speakers or headphones is properly shaped.

Yoshinori Kadogaki (MORG) has spent over 25 years selecting units, and captured only those still in active service at a commercial studio. The response is left uncorrected; unit-to-unit differences are kept. The aim is the same experience as inserting the hardware itself.
