Deep Blue mines the raw essence of the Blues. While its roots in acoustic Blues are firmly on display, the sound here is earthy with more electronic elements. A collection of Blues kits that get straight to the point. No flash, no pretension, just dark, moody and melancholic. Deep Blue is Blues in its purest form.

Construction Kit Format For Easy Arrangement

Deep Blue provides 10 comprehensive construction kits, nearly 4 GB of sample data and over 750 loops in total. Individual loops are up to 27 seconds long. Each kit contains 3 main sections plus a dedicated outro, making it easy to develop full-length arrangements. The construction kits were recorded at tempos within the 70 to 120 BPM range, perfectly suiting the darker, brooding moods, and using time signatures of 6/8 or 4/4. However, Elastik’s powerful tempo and pitch manipulation tools allow you to easily fit the content into the key and tempo needs of your specific project.

Dark And Heavy Moods

Each kit is built around a foundation of acoustic drums, electric bass and electric guitar. Acoustic bass and acoustic guitar parts add additional options within some of the kits. Drum parts are provided as both pre-mixed loops for immediate use and as individual loops for bass drum (mics in and out), snare (top, bottom and FX), hihat, toms, ride and overheads. This allows you to completely customise your own drum mix. Both electric guitar and bass loops are provided as Amp and DI versions, while the acoustic guitars and bass offer Mic and DI versions.

The Electrified Roots Of The Blues

With no pretense and no unnecessary flash, Deep Blue captures the true roots of the Blues in an electric form. It’s the perfect complement to titles such as Delta Blues, Blues Rock, Blues Colors and Blues Guitar.
