Funky Modern Classic
Retro Future provides a contemporary sound with a twist of 80s cool. The loop pack mixes a perfect blend of beats, live recorded electric bass, guitar and piano, with just the right amount of synth sounds. A modern take on Pop, Funk, Lounge or Soul but spiced with some tasty old-school vibes. Whether to inspire your next upbeat music cue or song project, Retro Future gives you the ideal mix of a modern funk-soaked sound with a classic 80s vibe.
Flexible Construction Kits
With over 400 individual loops, each of the five extensive construction kits provides four musical sections and a dedicated outro part. Individual loops are up to 18 seconds in length. Full song-length arrangements can therefore be easily constructed. The original recording tempos span 104 to 124 BPM, providing an upbeat groove. Both tempo and key can, of course, be easily adjusted to suit your project via Elastik’s powerful sample playback engine.
Retro Funky Future Music
Within the kits, each of the main musical parts features a flexible combination of instruments letting you craft your own musical arrangements. Pre-mixed drum loops with percussion are provided, as well as single track loops for bassdrum, snare (acoustic and electronic), rim shot, claps, snap, hihat, ride, conga, bongo, shaker, tambourine, cowbell and guiro. Each construction kit also includes a folder of single drum sounds, providing additional flexibility for creating your own drumbeats or extending the existing patterns.
Electric bass provides a solid foundation, with multiple parts available in some sections. Electric guitars (with both dry and FX options) and electric/acoustic piano parts deliver a selection of rhythmic and harmonic elements. However, it’s the classic synth sounds that provide the real 80s retro spice. Each kit section is wrapped up with a vinyl noise loop if you want to add a lo-fi flavour to your final mix.
Up-Tempo and Upbeat

1. Click 'Download' in your Plugin Boutique User Account or go to https://www.ueberschall.com/login.
2. Enter the relevant details and click 'Register' > Log in if you already have an Ueberschall account.
3. Open your email and locate the verification email > Click the link to verify your account.
4. Navigate to the 'Downloads' tab or head directly to https://www.ueberschall.com/downloads. Download the Elastik and the Ueberschall Downloader by clicking the relevant operating system.
5. Run the installation process > Open the Ueberschall Downloader.
6. Select the folder you wish to have your sound banks installed.
7. Enter the same details you used to sign up for your Ueberschall account > Click "Login".
8. Click 'Add Serial'.
9. Paste in the serial found in your Plugin Boutique User Account > Click 'Register'.
10. Click 'Download'.
11. Click 'Activate Products'.
Your software is now ready to use in Elastik either with the standalone version or in your DAW!
