Soundscapes Vol. 1 contains a host of atmospheres separated into 2 categories: concrete and gear. Both of these allow for an array of unique-sounding textures that will really spice up your productions. Soundscapes Vol. 2 continues this ethos by keeping concrete but adding 3 new categories: binaural, inductor and piezo. Vol. 2 also utilised various microphone types to captures the sounds which also double as seamless loops that can be dragged straight into your DAW.
Soundscapes Vol. 1
Soundscapes, textures and ambiences ready to use as Kontakt instruments or WAV loops. These sounds are divided into two main categories: concrete and gear. The raw concrete samples were recorded in different places across Europe (Paris, Dublin, London and Naples) using studio or handy equipment. The raw gear samples were recorded from hardware synthesizers like a Custom Eurorack Modular Synth, guitar pedals and noisy toys like the Thingamagoop 2. Everything was then processed and boxed inside a Kontakt instrument with a custom performance view. The pitch bend is assigned to a ±24 pitch transpose, good for glitch effects. All samples are perfect loops, so if you don’t have Kontakt you can load them directly.

Soundscapes Vol. 2
Soundscapes, textures and ambiences ready to use as Kontakt instruments or WAV loops. These sounds are divided into four categories: binaural, concrete, inductor and piezo. As our previous version Soundscapes Vol.1, the samples were recorded in different places across the world (Las Vegas, Dublin, Prague, Naples, and Cosenza) using studio or portable equipment. We used different types of microphones, including handmade piezo and inductor mics, a large condenser microphone and a binaural microphone set. Everything was then processed and boxed inside a Kontakt instrument with a custom GUI. The pitch bend is assigned to a ±24 pitch transpose for glitch effects. All samples are seamless loops, so if you don’t have Kontakt you can load them directly into your DAW.
