They support these underrepresented groups by organizing events, showcasing artists, and advocating for a more equitable music industry. Founded in 2014, shesaid.so currently has 18 chapters across the world with over 12,000 members spanning composition, performance, labels, management, agencies, tech, and more.
Their community continues to grow as they support members through mentorship programs, offering guidance from industry professionals, encouraging collaboration among members, and providing access to opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. shesaid.so challenges outdated industry structures and empowers the people it supports to gain greater visibility and influence, working towards a more inclusive, diverse, and ultimately more vibrant music scene.
