Smartelectronix Ambience
Ambience is a reverb that rivals the quality of the best commercial reverbs. It also includes some unusual functions, like a gater and a very useful hold function.
Due to the superior quality of the plugin and its array of useful presets and functions, the Ambience plugin has become somewhat of a free VST "Classic".
Features
- Presets: An array of quality presets are included!
- Dry: Gain of direct (unprocessed) sound. To use Ambience as a send effect, set this to -inf.
- Wet: Gain of processed sound.
- Time: The time it takes for the reverb echoes to die out.
- Size: The size of the room. Note that long reverb time and small room size don't mix well. For natural sounds, a small room size should be accompanied by a short reverb time, and vice verse.
- Pre-Delay: Amount of delay between the direct sound and the onset of the first echoes.
- Width: All the way from mono (0%) to wide stereo (100%). Probably you will want this one at 100% all the time.
- Quality: This knob allows you to trade off reverb quality for CPU usage. High quality <=> high cpu usage. You can make fun effects if you set it very low (try it!).
- Variation: This button creates a new variant of the same room. If there's some annoying echo/ringing in the reverb that bugs you, hit this button a few times until you find a variation that you like. If it still sounds bad to you, try raising the Quality too.

Tube Saturator Vintage is a free reissue of the original Tube Saturator. It uses circuit simulation technology to faithfully reproduce the sound of a dual triode preamp. While it sounds great, the circuit simulation technology is very CPU intensive, that’s why we developed its successor, Tube Saturator 2. Tube Saturator 2 is vastly more efficient, nearly identical in simulation accuracy, and adds other features. Instant Magic
Magic Switch is a free plug-in developed by BABY Audio. It is based on the 'Magic' feature from the brand's lo-fi multi-fx plug-in Super VHS.
Super VHS was developed to give users an instantly gratifying suite of one-knob effects to infuse modern productions with the lo-fi magic of the 80s. The Super VHS plug-in hosts a channel strip of six effects, each adding a unique flavour of VHS-era goodness.
One of the most popular features in Super VHS is its 'Magic' button: A one-click chorus effect with a "deep, dark and rich tone".
The effect was inspired by the warm, detuned synth-scapes of the 80s. And, while, it's not designed to exactly emulate any classic design, BABY Audio set out to build its own ideal one-button chorus for the software age. TAL-U-NO-62
The U-NO-60 vst plugin is a polyphonic virtual analogue synth with a unique filter sound. An original JUNO 60 is used as reference for the oscillators and filters. Like the original, the plugin is capable of self-resonance and thus could be used to some degree as a tone generator.
The filter section also features controls for envelope amount and polarity, LFO modulation and keyboard tracking. In addition, a non-resonant highpass filter is provided to thin out lower frequencies.
